David J. Moser is a attorney and professor currently teaching at Florida International College of Zhengzhou University in China. This blog chronicles some of my experiences and thoughts about living and traveling in China (and other parts of Asia).
 My Professional Background

Moser was formerly an Associate Professor at the Mike Curb College of Entertainment and Music Business at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee where he taught courses in Copyright Law, Entertainment Law, Business Law and Multimedia Law. Moser is also an attorney with over 15 years of experience in intellectual property and entertainment law and is the author of Moser on Music Copyright, published by Thompson Course Technology. Dr. Moser received a Fulbright Scholar Award to study piracy of intellectual property in the Philippines in 2003 and was a Visiting Scholar at Lingnan University in Hong Kong in 2007. He has also led several summer study programs to China where he’s taught courses on the Asian Music Industry and copyright piracy in Asia.
